What data we collect

• Data you provide in forms and WhatsApp conversations: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, interest and the content of the conversation or message.
• Browsing data: referring page, campaign parameters (UTM) and access referrer, used to understand how you found us.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and contact you about it (legal basis: consent and pre-contractual procedures);
• To prepare proposals and deliver contracted services (performance of a contract);
• To improve our website and communications (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Data is recorded in the SIG.AI platform, our management system and CRM, and may be processed by technology providers that support us (hosting, WhatsApp and email communication), always under contractual security and confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

WhatsApp support

When you click the WhatsApp buttons on this website, you start a conversation with our team in the WhatsApp app. That conversation may first be handled by our virtual assistant and is recorded in our management system (SIG.AI) so we can continue assisting you.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to fulfill the purpose, to comply with legal obligations, or until you request deletion, where applicable.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, under art. 18 of the LGPD.
